You will need to be a member of Mothersonline and signed in to chat with other members.
How to use Mothersonline Chat.

Click on the CHAT link to the right of your screen.

Our chat room window will open and you will see who is online and what rooms are being used.

In the top right hand corner you will
see the rooms available to chat in, select a room and
click to enter the room and see who is currently chatting
there.
Guidelines for Mothersonline Chat
In order to achieve a friendly and positive environment for
all members, please follow these directions;
DO:

Chat – Be open
and friendly with other members using these rooms. Please
be considerate of each other and conduct conversations
as you would in an everyday social setting.

Be respectful –
We are all from various walks of life, have had different
experiences and hold different views on many things. Please
respect one another’s right to express ourselves
freely, without needing to agree with all opinions expressed.

Be non-judgmental –
As mothers we face enough judgment from ourselves and
others in society. We want Mothersonline to be a place
for Mothers to be able to express ourselves without fear
of judgment.

Report any problems – Our chats are moderated when
possible, and transcripts reviewed regularly. Should you
encounter difficulties with any member in these rooms,
please report this to us and we will deal with the difficulty
as quickly as possible.

DO NOT:

Be offensive –
please do not threaten, abuse, deliberately offend or
harass other members. The use of discriminatory, racist
or prejudicial language in respect of individuals, cultures,
religions or groups will not be tolerated by Mothersonline,
and any member exhibiting such behaviours may be removed
from the chat room immediately.

Be rude – Please
use basic social etiquette when conversing in these rooms.
Do not interrupt conversations, ignore other members,
deliberately disrupt chat rooms, or make comments of a
derogatory nature. Any members who persist in this kind
of activity may be removed from the chat rooms immediately.

Break any law – any publication of content or materials
related to illegal activities, or the carrying on of any
activity deemed to be of an illegal nature will not be
tolerated by Mothersonline, and any member involved in
such activity within this community may be removed from
the chat room and have their membership terminated without
notice to them.
